ABOUT THE ROLE
This role fulfills a key business partner function within the organization, working to distill business insights to shape an informed strategy, champion effective growth investments and enable organizational effectiveness. Leveraging business acumen and analytical experience gained from challenging environments in the past, this role will be instrumental in driving our business forward. You will help support strategic decision making by utilising your analytical skills, a heavy data driven approach and an operational mindset.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams and the C-level to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities for the business;
- Lead in-depth analyses to inform and guide critical strategic decisions that drive the company forward;
- Participate in the company-wide strategic planning process by setting priorities, translating them into actionable projects, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution;
- Synthesize large amounts of data into clear and concise business insights for the leadership team;
- Develop strategic and analytical frameworks to support the company’s expansion into new markets and products;
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose or implement innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of local teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of strategy consulting, strategic planning, or related experience;
- You have been working in strategic planning at a top tier consulting firm or similar level experience. Some high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred;
- Highly developed business judgement and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly to identify the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them;
- You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key take-aways, and disseminate actionable insights;
- Excellent project management skill to manage multiple projects until each project achieve targeted impacts.
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position starts from 4500 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
