ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain reliable and scalable ML solutions that drive business impact. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data science, engineering, and product development to ensure seamless deployment and operation of ML models in production environments.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Design and implement reliable and scalable pipelines for deploying Machine Learning (ML) models into production.
- Collaborate with the data scientist(s) and product engineers to streamline model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.
- Develop and enhance ML services, focusing on performance, scalability, and quality.
- Build tools and frameworks to automate data processing, model training, and retraining workflows.
- Implement strategies for monitoring and logging ML services, ensuring their reliability.
- Optimize existing models and systems to reduce costs and improve performance.
- Introduce and support the implementation of advanced ML techniques.
- Participate in forming a fully functional autonomous R&D team, contributing to the team's growth and alignment with organizational goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ML-driven solutions into business workflows.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with ML Ops practices.
- Strong background in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining ML models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control (Git), testing, and documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) is nice to have.
- Knowledge of ML principles (NLP, CV, etc.) and techniques (supervised learning, reinforcement learning, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building innovative solutions.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position is 3840-7440 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
