ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Worker at OvokoPack, you’ll be at the heart of our packaging operations - making sure every order is processed accurately, efficiently, and with care. Your work will directly impact how smoothly our warehouse runs, how satisfied our customers feel, and how ready we are to grow.
Location: Terminalo g., Ašmenos Kelias, Vilniaus r. sav.
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 - 17:00.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for buyers using defined workflows.
- Receive and register incoming inventory in WMS.
- Scan, label, and organize boxes accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-structured warehouse environment.
- Assist with stock movements, rack restocking, and product location updates.
- Report damaged or missing inventory and escalate issues where noticed.
- Handle returns and damaged returned products, making sure no further damage occurs.
- Provide feedback to warehouse operational manager of how the process is going and where it could be improved.
- Help prepare and carry out inventorisation of warehouse stock.
- Track and follow KPI’s and SLA metrics to make sure we are on track with order fulfillment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in warehouse operations would be an advantage.
- Tech-savviness.
- Responsibility, communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow.
- Category B driver’s license.
- Forklift operator’s license preferred (we also provide the opportunity to obtain one).
SALARY
The offered salary range for candidates without forklift license is 1670 - 2070 EUR € (gross).
The offered salary range for candidates with forklift license is 2070 - 2630 EUR EUR € (gross).
