ABOUT THE ROLE
 
As the Strategic Partnerships Manager for Heavy & Bulky items you will be an important driver within our Shipping Business team. You will lead the strategy and relationship management for carriers transporting H&B parts (like engines and bumpers) from our high-growth markets in Scandinavia and Western Europe. 

With hundreds of thousands of packages moving monthly, your mission is to balance a complex equation: achieving the lowest feasible cost while maintaining gold-standard quality. We are looking for a person who is going to help us build new and improve existing partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a strong individual contributor but also thrives in a team setup. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Stay ahead of European logistics trends and perform deep-dive competitor analysis.

  • Identify and engage shipping providers that meet our unique business needs.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners around Europe.

  • Negotiate and secure "lowest-cost/highest-convenience" contracts that protect our margins and customer experience.

  • Monitor carriers performance and enforce SLAs.

  • Collaborate closely with our internal Shipping Network product team.

  • Directly influence shipping KPIs and contribute to the company’s broader OKRs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management specifically within the logistics/shipping industry.

  • A proven track record of striking complex deals and managing vendor performance.

  • A proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work as a strong individual contributor within a collaborative team.

  • A business-oriented mindset focused on driving results, not just managing processes.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, enabling effective communication across teams, partners and stakeholders.

SALARY
 
The offered salary range for this position is 4200 - 5000 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
