ABOUT THE ROLE
 
Our Talent Acquisition team is the engine that drives Ovoko forward. And sourcing is where that engine starts. We don't just fill roles – we think ahead, build relationships before we need them, and make sure every hiring decision is grounded in real market knowledge. 

As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you'll be a core part of shaping how we hire. You'll own the sourcing strategy across tech and non-tech roles, build warm talent pools ahead of demand, and bring market intelligence that helps hiring managers make smarter decisions faster. You'll also play an active role in how we show up as an employer – contributing to EB initiatives and inbound channels as we grow that capability from the ground up. 

This is role for someone who wants to do more than search and outreach. Someone who's ready to think strategically, work closely with the business, and help build a sourcing function that's genuinely ahead of the curve. 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Define and own the sourcing strategy for both tech and non-tech roles & shaping how we approach each search
  • Build and maintain warm talent pools for roles we hire repeatedly and the ones we know are coming so great candidates are already engaged before a role opens
  • Conduct in-depth market research and translate it into insights people actually use
  • Partner closely with TA partners and hiring managers to hire better and faster
  • Contribute to our employer branding and inbound efforts by supporting EB campaigns, job board strategy, and the referral programme
  • Explore and test new tools and approaches
  • Use data to stay sharp and keep others informed to help the team make better hiring decisions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have solid experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment and know your way around a pipeline. And more importantly, you're always looking for ways to do it better
  • You're proactive by nature – you spot gaps, suggest improvements, and drive things forward without waiting to be asked
  • You genuinely enjoy connecting with people
  • You’re curious enough to look beyond the obvious – especially when finding ways to attract talent
  • You're comfortable with data and use it to make decisions, not just to report back. You are able to notice when something's off
  • You take ownership seriously – if something needs doing, you do it, and if something isn't working, you say so
  • You're organized and thorough so managing multiple roles and pipelines at once doesn't faze you
  • You're comfortable in ambiguity if not everything will be defined for you
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and sharing what you know
SALARY
 
The offered salary range for this position is from 2000 € (gross) per month.
