About the role  

We’re looking for a B2B Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth in the automotive  space by managing both inbound and outbound sales motions. This role owns prospects from first contact through activation, supports early onboarding and adoption, monitors initial growth, and hands off customers to Account Management once they reach a defined revenue/engagement threshold.  

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    • Manage inbound leads (forms, calls, emails, referrals): respond quickly, qualify, and convert into booked meetings and sales-ready opportunities.  
    • Run outbound prospecting to targeted automotive businesses using structured lists and sequences.  
    • Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) with messaging tailored by customer type and pain points.  
    • Lead discovery & qualification using a consistent framework (fit, need, volume potential, process, timing) and ensure high-quality meeting setup when needed.  
    • Onboard newly activated customers to reach fast “first value” (e.g., first order / successful sourcing / correct setup) and guide them through early usage.  
    • Monitor early growth and proactively remove blockers by coordinating internally (sourcing, payments, logistics, product/process gaps).  
    • Drive customers to a defined revenue handoff threshold through structured follow up and targeted recommendations.  
    • Handoff to Account Managers with complete documentation (context, needs, early results, risks, next-step opportunities).  
    • Maintain CRM discipline and share insights: track activities/outcomes and surface recurring market feedback (objections, competitors, friction points).  

    • What success looks like
    • Ensure inbound leads are contacted promptly and consistently, qualifying them to a defined revenue threshold before handing off to an Account Manager.
    • Outbound outreach produces a predictable stream of pipeline from target segments.
    • Newly activated customers reach “first value” fast and show early purchasing momentum.
    • Customers are handed off at the right time with strong context, improving downstream conversion and retention.  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, inside sales, lead qualification, or customer onboarding (automotive or adjacent industries is a plus).  
    • Strong communication skills: confident in outbound calling, running discovery/onboarding calls, and writing clear follow-up messages.  
    • Fluent in French and English languages.
    • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify buying signals, quantify potential, and move deals forward.  
    • Structured execution: strong CRM habits, follow-up discipline, and clean handoff documentation.  
    • Analytical thinking: comfortable monitoring early performance trends and prioritizing actions based on impact.  
    • High resilience and consistency: able to handle rejection and maintain quality outreach volume.  
    • Ownership mentality: accountable for both acquisition outcomes and early activation progress.  
    • Willingness to occasionally travel for high potential accounts or industry events when justified.
SALARY

The offered salary for this position is 2200 - 2900 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
