ABOUT THE ROLE

Our People team is the engine that powers our organization. We handle every aspect of the employee lifecycle and we’re known for creating exceptional experiences for our candidates and employees. We are looking for a Workplace Experience & Operations Specialist who believes that a great day at work doesn't happen by accident. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our Vilnius HQ, balancing the creative spark of planning unforgettable experiences with the operational discipline needed to keep our office running flawlessly.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations.
  • Design and execute inclusive team events that reinforce our company values and strengthen internal bonds.
  • Act as the face of our office, creating a warm, five-star first impression for candidates, clients, and guests.
  • Manage office logistics and deliveries to ensure teams have the tools and resources they need without disruption.
  • Maintain budget oversight to ensure we can sustainably fund our team perks, events, and office comforts.
  • Create vibrant and welcoming updates via Slack and internal channels to keep the team informed and engaged.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to safeguard our workplace culture by keeping office policies clear, inclusive, and up-to-date.
  • Welcome new hires and make Day 1 feel special: prepare and set up welcome packages in Vilnius HQ and offices abroad.
  • Tackle unexpected operational hurdles and manage special projects with a proactive mindset.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A proven history of successfully managing projects and implementing initiatives, preferably in an office with 200+ employees.
  • A deep passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences and a genuine interest in understanding how people feel.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize, be flexible, adapt to business needs, and ability to take ownership and collaborate effectively.
  • Tech-savviness (Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence) with a fundamental understanding of invoices and admin-side accounting.
  • Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (written and verbal).
  • This is a 100% on-site role (Monday–Friday) at our Vilnius HQ.

SALARY

From 2300 - 3300 €/month gross. Please keep in mind that we are open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
