Senior FP&A Analyst
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Act as a fully embedded finance partner to senior business leaders - developing a deep understanding of business drivers, challenging assumptions, and translating financial and operational performance into actionable recommendations.

Take ownership of budget and forecast development and maintenance, as well as financial performance management for your business area.

Own high-priority financial and operational questions from problem framing through analysis, to recommendation and follow-through - proactively identifying and flagging risks, opportunities and trade-offs early.

Build the reporting, metrics and data foundations for your area where none exist yet - defining what should be measured, sourcing the data, and creating the first workable version yourself.

Lead the development, tracking and evaluation of strategic initiatives, business cases, investment requirements and returns.

Influence resource allocation and prioritization in the assigned business area by comparing alternative uses of capital and capacity.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

5+ years’ experience in finance (FP&A, big four, investment banking or similar) and/or management consulting with a strong hands-on financial modelling capability.

Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.

Creative problem-solver with high attention to detail, comfortable working independently and across functions.

Eager to understand the operational detail by working closely with the business.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity, including when the problem, decision criteria or required data are not yet clearly defined.

Comfortable presenting financial insights to senior business leaders.

Continuous improvement mindset, including process streamlining and task automation.

Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and data manipulation.
