ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious Finance Controlling Lead to join our growing Finance team and support the Company’s scaling journey. This is a newly created role designed to sit between operational accounting and senior finance leadership to elevate quality, reliability and usefulness of financial information across the organization. You will own end-to-end financial controlling, ensuring that financial processes, policies and outputs are robust, consistent and scalable. In This Role You Will
- Own and continuously improve the Company’s financial control framework.
- Define and track key control and performance indicators.
- Support cash flow planning through improved accuracy and predictability.
- Proactively identify financial risks and inefficiencies.
- Partner with FP&A, product, operations and sales teams to improve financial transparency.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, basic data modeling).
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Curious about how business performance translates into numbers.
- Fluency in English both verbally and in writing.
Salary
The offered salary range for this position is €5300 - €6000 (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
