ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Sales Team Lead in Poland, you will be responsible for leading and developing a young, high-potential sales team focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, and growth within the Polish market.
This is a management-first, sales-second role where you’ll combine coaching, team management, and operational execution with direct involvement in sales activities to build credibility within the team and better understand customer needs. You’ll play a key role in bringing structure, urgency, motivation, and sales excellence into the team, while helping us scale in one of Ovoko’s most important markets.
This is also an office-first role, as we strongly believe the best alignment and team development happens while working closely together onsite.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales specialists in the Polish market.
- Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive team performance through regular feedback, coaching sessions, and hands-on support.
- Personally engage in sales activities to build market knowledge.
- Monitor sales conversations and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Ops and other internal teams to improve processes and performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven track record of leading sales teams, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience working in high-volume sales environments, ideally within marketplaces, SaaS, or high-growth companies.
- Strong coaching and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop junior sales talent.
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to actively engage in sales activities alongside the team.
- Ability to bring structure, ownership, and execution focus into a growing team.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights for decision-making and performance optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Native in Polish and professional fluency in English.
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position starts from 15,000 PLN per month. Specific compensation will be discussed further based on your professional competencies and experience.
