ABOUT THE ROLE

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team and help us elevate our sales organization to the next level. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes, tools, and strategies that enable our sales team to operate at peak performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of sales operations and processes.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

    • Sales Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
    • Sales Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Create and manage sales dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
    • CRM Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing training to the sales team.
    • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
    • Forecasting and Planning: Assist in sales forecasting and planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely projections.
    • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver sales training programs, tools, and resources to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role, preferably in the automotive or marketplace industry.
    • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing sales processes and systems.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk Sell, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Fluency in Polish and English.
