ABOUT THE ROLE

Our People team is the engine that powers our organization. We handle every aspect of the employee lifecycle and we’re known for creating exceptional experiences for our candidates and employees. In the six-month paid internship program as a Junior Talent Sourcer, you will be at the forefront of attracting the talent needed for a startup in a fast-scaling stage. You will proactively manage a pool of passive candidates across both technical and non-technical roles and help build and maintain talent pipelines to support our future hiring needs.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

    • Proactively own and manage a pool of passive candidates for both tech and non-tech roles;
    • Maintain relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged for future opportunities;
    • Conduct thorough market talent mapping to identify and understand talent availability in different regions;
    • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic hiring decisions;
    • Collaborate with TA Partners and business leaders to understand their talent needs and requirements;
    • Continuously work on streamlining sourcing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
    • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and hiring process;
    • Utilize data to make informed, data-driven decisions and provide insights to TA Partners and business leaders.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Strong interest in starting your career in the talent acquisition field;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Basic research and analytical skills (you can write a formula or two in Excel);
    • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
SALARY

The offered salary range for this position is from 1200 € (gross) per month.
