Seller Finance Support Specialist
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Seller Finance Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience (Seller Support) team in Vilnius.
This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of Support, Finance and Account Management. You will become the key point of contact for finance-related seller topics, taking full ownership of cases and ensuring sellers receive clear, accurate and timely answers.
This is not a classic frontline support role — it is a more advanced position for someone who enjoys solving complex cases, working across teams, and building structure where it does not yet fully exist.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own end-to-end handling of finance-related seller inquiries (primarily in writing).
- Investigate and resolve questions related to invoices, payments, commissions, wallet balances and payouts.
- Act as the main point of contact for seller finance topics across internal teams.
- Work closely with Finance, Account Management and Seller Support to clarify and resolve cases.
- Ensure fast, structured and high-quality communication with sellers.
- Escalate complex issues when needed and follow through until resolution.
- Build and improve internal knowledge, processes, templates and case-handling logic.
- Identify recurring issues, root causes and process gaps, and suggest improvements.
- Help establish a more scalable and clear ownership model for seller finance support.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in Customer Support, Seller Support, Finance Operations, Payments, Billing, AR/AP, Reconciliation, Fintech or Marketplace Operations.
- Strong written English skills.
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and financial data.
- Ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity and work across multiple teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases in parallel.
- Confidence handling sensitive or complex partner situations in a structured way.
- Curiosity and persistence to investigate issues deeply and find root causes.
- Resilience and follow-through — you don’t drop cases even when answers are not immediately clear.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience with payments, invoices, commissions, payouts or wallet-based systems.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or fintech environments.
- Additional European language knowledge.
