About Orasio

Orasio builds cutting-edge solutions that automatically detect situations of interest in video streams. Powered by advanced AI models trained to extract actionable insights from imagery, our technology is designed to be deployed within both existing and new infrastructures, across public and private sectors, civilian or military, while strictly adhering to legal and privacy frameworks.

As artificial intelligence becomes a key pillar of technological sovereignty, Orasio’s mission is to become Europe’s leading video intelligence company. We develop world-class AI solutions tailored to defense and public safety needs, combining technical excellence with a deep respect for data protection laws.

The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Success Manager to drive the successful deployment of Orasio’s solutions in highly constrained environments, including on-premise and air-gapped deployments:

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for Orasio’s leads and customers: working closely with Sales, you'll be the technical backup that helps turn opportunities into signed deals.

  • Support test, deployment, integration, roll-out, and troubleshooting of our solutions, on client sites.

  • Champion technical customer feedback internally.

This role, reporting to the GTM organization, sits at the intersection of technical expertise and customer-facing work, bridging Orasio’s engineering and Sales teams.
As the first Technical Success Manager, you will contribute to building and scaling Orasio’s deployment capabilities.

Your work will go live in some of the most sensitive environments for national security: police forces, intelligence services, cities, and critical infrastructure. You will be the person who embodies Orasio's technical credibility in these demanding environments.

Please note this role involves frequent travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for leads and customers throughout engagements end-to-end, from pre-sales to post-implementation:

    • Build trusted relationships with customer technical and operational teams, understanding their priorities, workflows, and success criteria.

    • Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Lead integration and troubleshooting on your accounts:

    • Coordinate resolution across customers, integrators, Engineering, Platform, Product, and commercial teams.

    • On early sites, handle the integration yourself: install and configure alongside existing systems (VMS such as Milestone or Genetec, storage, RBAC, network segmentation).

    • Later, stay in direct contact with integrators to monitor their deployments, act as their escalation point, and own the hardest problems across the full stack, on-site and offline.

  • Champion technical customer feedback internally:

    • Bring clear technical insight into account reviews, in partnership with the commercial team (risk identification and mitigation).

    • Share customer feedback internally, ensuring product and engineering teams stay close to real field constraints and needs.

Ideal Profile

  • 4+ years of experience, including experience in technical environments with strong operational or regulatory constraints (e.g. on-premise, secure or air-gapped systems).

  • Strong infrastructure fundamentals: Linux, networking, storage.

  • Experience in managing containerized services (docker, k3s).

  • Comfortable scripting for automation and operations (bash/Python).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: comfortable in customer-facing situations and engaging with diverse stakeholders, especially IT specialists.

  • A genuine sense of mission, and real enthusiasm for working in security and public safety environments.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Given the sensitivity of our work, European nationality, eligibility for security clearance, and a strong ability to handle confidential information are required.

  • Bonus:

    • Experience in video intelligence, work at a systems integrator, or a solid understanding of IT systems and Video Management Systems (VMS).

    • Experience in Public sector, Defense or Internal Security sectors.
