We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to help us build a robust, secure, and scalable platform for video intelligence, with a clear focus: enhance public safety through AI.

As part of the Engineering team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with software engineers, fullstack developers, MLOps, DevOps, and platform engineers who share a passion for technological sovereignty and purposeful innovation. You'll play a key role in designing, evaluating, deploying, and optimizing models that power intelligent video processing pipelines at scale — from real-time alerting to long-term investigation support.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

Design, train, and deploy computer vision models for tasks like:

Object detection, tracking, segmentation

Scene understanding, behavior analysis, anomaly detection

Optimize inference performance using ONNX, TensorRT, or similar tools

Develop and maintain real-time video processing pipelines

Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring ML features into production

Improve the accuracy, speed, and robustness of video analytics models in diverse environments

Contribute to internal tools for experiment tracking, model evaluation and versioning, and deployment automation

Explore and integrate foundation models for advanced capabilities like natural language search, multimodal understanding, or zero-shot classification

5+ years of experience in ML engineering or applied computer vision

Strong grasp of modern deep learning techniques (CNNs, transformers, diffusion, etc.)

Hands-on experience with real-time or near-real-time video processing

Proficient in Python and comfortable with systems-level performance trade-offs

Solid understanding of how to optimize models for deployment (quantization, pruning, batching, etc.)

Familiar with the full ML lifecycle: from data curation to monitoring in production

Experience in one or more of:

Smart cities / video surveillance / smart retail / traffic analytics

Edge ML platforms like Jetson

Foundation models or generative AI

Contributions to open-source vision libraries or published research

Knowledge of security, compliance, or privacy concerns in video analytics
