Tasks
- Managing and maintaining infrastructure services for Microsoft Windows (of course virtualization included)
- Handling system migrations and implementations of infrastructure upgrades (Microsoft Teams telephony, cloud/hybrid migrations, etc.)
- Providing installation, integration, administration, and monitoring of network components, such as WAN, VLAN and LAN connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Support and guidance for 1st line if needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role
- Strong knowledge of servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure
- Strong experience with Office365 and Azure
- Experience with Proxmox/VMware is an advantage
- Experience with Linux is nice to have, but not a must
- Excellent English and very good Slovak knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A passion for technology and a willingness to keep learning and growing
