You’ll support our Talent Engagement activities and our contingent workforce administration, helping ensure positive, people centred experiences for candidates, contingent workers and internal stakeholders.

You don’t need prior experience in a technology consultancy, but an interest in people-focused work and good communication skills are essential.

You’ll work closely with the Contingent Workforce Manager, supporting interview scheduling, contingent workforce administration and day-to-day coordination.

As you grow in the role, you’ll have opportunities to get involved in wider people team initiatives, process improvement and projects. This role is ideal if you’re organised, curious, and keen to learn.

Key Activities

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, working with our interview communities to manage availability

Work with external partners to progress candidates and contractors through relevant processes
Support the coordination of timesheets, approvals and basic queries
Support process improvement and business change initiatives across the people team

Deliverables

Coordinate interview scheduling, meet agreed turnaround times, keep a shared interviewer rota up to date
Run and efficient contingent pre-boarding and off-boarding processes
Maintain complete, clean contingent worker records on our applicant tracking system
Make timesheets simple by running a steady weekly cycle for submissions and approvals, set clear cutoffs, answer basic queries quickly
