We use this demographic survey to help us evaluate the work we’re doing on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). Our aim is for the diversity of our people to reflect the diversity of the users we serve, so that it can be reflected in the solutions we deliver, to help create a fairer society for all. We capture insights on specific characteristics to better understand the diverse makeup of our talent pool and ensure our recruitment processes are inclusive for all identities and backgrounds.
