When you’re on a mission to cure disease and save lives, the software that helps deliver the solution is critical. Our super-resolution platform is reliant on innovative software, so we’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our team.

Reporting to Andrew DeKelaita, Director of Software Engineering, your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the platform's architecture and strategic vision related to front-end development
- Participate in the creation of new design concepts for user-facing interfaces, such as menus, buttons, forms, etc
- Contribute to the development of user-friendly and responsive interfaces, ensuring ease of use across various platforms and devices
- Collaborate with back-end developers and UX/UI designers to implement functional code based on requirements and design concepts
- Work closely with Design and Product teams to ensure seamless user experiences through frontend interfaces
- Assist in building and testing tools to ensure compatibility across different web browsers and operating systems
- Support in optimizing application performance, including reviewing loading items and implementing caching strategies
- Contribute to maintaining clean code with options for easy maintenance, following coding best practices
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues and bugs, providing solutions based on internal testing or customer feedback
- Engage with customers to gather feedback on feature changes and improvements, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- 3+ years of industry experience in frontend software design and development
- Proven track record of building products with frontend technologies, specifically React, Redux, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in collaborating with design and product teams on feature development, wireframes, and product concepts
- Working knowledge of source control tools and software, such as Git
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high quality code and user interface elements
$130,000 - $153,000 a year
