What You Will Be Doing:
- You work closely with the HR Managers, HR Business Partners as well as Recruiters to provide administrative support in terms of contractual paperwork, onboarding of new employees, offboarding, data entry in the HR system,
- You are the primary contact for employee requests,
- You ensure data integrity for information provided to payroll and entered into all HR applications,
- Contribute to projects regarding topics like compensation & benefits, process optimization,
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues sitting in different countries.
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar position,
- Strong understanding of Bulgarian labor law and administrative procedures,
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively,
- Exceptional communication skills,
- Fluency in Bulgarian and good knowledge of English.
