We’re looking for somebody to bring Storia & OLX Real Estate’s stories further in the areas of marketing & PR.

Storia.ro is the dedicated real estate platform launched by OLX in 2016 and used by over 2.000 professionals across Romania. Autovit.ro is the market leader of the auto classifieds industry, with over 1000 professional dealers and 3 million visitors per month.

Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in marketing or advertising
    • A proven track record in building and executing multi-media brand campaigns, especially in digital channels
    • Experience in handling marketing researches 
    • Great project management & stakeholder management skills. The role is less on execution, more on managing projects with multiple agencies and internal stakeholders
    • Both a data driven and a creative mindset
    • Excellent command of the English language
    • Experience in PR is a strong advantage, but not mandatory. You will be leading our PR activities, but together with a very experienced external PR team.
    • Experience in B2B, performance marketing, CLM, SEO content are all pluses, but not required. These will be areas you will be involved in as our brand expert, but not leading, as we have dedicated teams on all of these areas.
    • Experience in real estate/classifieds/e-commerce is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

    • Marketing & PR strategy for Storia & OLX Real Estate in Romania
    • Manage our marketing budget & activities
    • Manage our data journalism activities together with our PR agency
    • Communicate relevant product launches to our audienceCollaborate with our product, sales, business, BI, CS, performance marketing, CLM, SEO, marketing analytics departments
    • Manage our amazing agencies: creative, PR, media, research, SEO (content)
    • Ensure proper reporting for all of our brand & PR activities
    • Acquire knowledge on consumer needs and insights and drive change starting from them
    • Steer the future and improve adoption of T.R.A.I., our quality of life neighborhood index managed by marketing with the help of external agencies
