Специалист по качеству контента
Обязанности:
- Точечный поиск нарушений от критических до локальных, формирование ключевых запросов для поиска нарушений на сервисе OLX и их мониторинг;
- Работа с инструментом Жалоб;
- Учет статистики проделанной работы и анализ табличных данных;
- Поддержка чатов (вопрос-ответ) с модераторами при необходимости;
- Оперативное реагирование на спорные ситуации в отношении модерации объявлений / причин удалений/ допусков
- Работа и оптимизация по верному структурированию и размещению товаров/ услуг на сервисе OLX.
- Наполнение инструмента фильтрации контента;
- Производить обзор цен на рынке товаров и услуг для понимания представленных цен пользователями в объявлении.
Требования:
- Работа в гугл документах / таблицах и структурирование данных в них;
- Уверенное знание сервиса OLX и внутренней платформы управления сервисом.
- Показатели качества работы на предыдущей позиции на высоком уровне;
- Знание узбекского и русского языков;Навыки анализа данных (изучение новых товаров, услуг, цен)
Условия:
График работы 5/2 посменно (40 часов в неделю)
