What do you need to be successful in this role?

    • Manage and supervise ad technology platforms effectively;
    • Address and resolve any technical challenges in ad delivery, targeting, tracking, and analytics to ensure smooth operations;
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in advertising technology. Assess and endorse new tools and platforms that can enhance campaign efficacy and efficiency;
    • Engage closely with all relevant parties, including external partners, to align advertising efforts with overarching company and market strategies;
    • In collaboration with teams like Product Development, Ad Operations, and Sales, create and roll out innovative advertising products, as well as create/maintain WordPress or similar pages;
    • Work intimately with the Product and Technology departments to facilitate the effective implementation of advertising solutions;
    • Offer guidance and training to internal teams on the utilization of ad tech tools and industry best practices;
    • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to fine-tune advertising creatives, explore new initiatives, or adjust existing structures;
    • Design, test, and implement novel advertising formats like creative templates, custom creatives, and native formats, ensuring wide delivery and maintenance of existing templates for optimal performance;
    • Support the implementation of programmatic advertising strategies.

What do we expect from you?

    • Preferred degree/training in Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, or a related field;
    • Proven experience in digital advertising or ad tech (both for web and mobile app platforms);
    • Strong understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, RTB (Real-Time Bidding), and ad networks;
    • Proficiency in using ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Adobe Advertising Cloud, or similar;
    • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights;
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
    • Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau);
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
    • Proficiency in English.
