What responsibilities you will get when working with us:
- Strategic Client Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and grow key clients in the industry
- Analyze client behavior on OLX and beyond, identifying opportunities to enhance business client engagement
- Building a strategy for acquiring and developing the largest clients in the industry
- Team Management:
- Organize and manage the sales team’s workflow and daily activities
- Set clear performance goals and ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Identify team members with growth potential and provide tailored training
- Participate in onboarding for new team members and upskill existing team members
- Sales Enablement and Reporting:
- Build a knowledge base with tools and strategies for objection handling and improving sales argumentation
- Maintain reports according to company standards and track interim sales results for the team
- Collaboration:
- Cooperate closely with the marketing team and Business & Services category manager to deliver targeted B2B client projects
- Build excellent relationships with key accounts
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial sales role, ideally managing sales teams and working with major clients
- Business development experience in interacting and selling services to HR and Recruiters
- Proficient in organizing sales department workflows and motivating teams
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and public speaking abilities
- Well-versed in sales platforms and tools, including OLX services
- Strong command of written and spoken Ukrainian
- English proficiency at the intermediate level or higher
- High-level skills in team management, flexibility, goal orientation, stress resistance, and relationship-building.
