We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a TClient Advisor for OLX Jobs (m/f) in our outstanding hub in Bucharest. A solid background in B2B sales, focusing on new business development, is a plus.
As a Client Advisor for OLX, you will be at the forefront of the Jobs market, empowering our partners and prospects with the best solutions to reach their potential candidates.
In a typical day at OLX, in the role of Client Advisor, you will be:
- Continuously contacting new clients through telephone, canvassing, cold calling, and networking;
- Applying a consultative problem-solving approach to understand sophisticated client requirements and transform them into highly effective branding and revenue-generating solutions;
- Identifying decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process;
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and building on that to generate more business;
- Meeting sales and operational targets.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- Min. 3 years of confirmed experience in sales roles, with a focus on attracting new businesses;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, delivery, and negotiation skills;
- An upbeat, mature, accountable, growth-minded, fast learner with strong analytical skills;
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers, including C-level individuals;
- Able to operate Microsoft Office;
- Online sales experience is a plus;
- Proven experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management;
- University or college degree.
