We are looking for a dynamic FP&A Analyst to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in providing financial insights, forecasting, and decision support to guide the company's strategic direction.

What responsibilities you will get when working with us:
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights on company performance
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial and strategic support across departments
- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing, cost optimization, and capital allocation
- Analyze potential M&A opportunities, including financial due diligence and post-deal integration planning
- Assist in board reporting, investor presentations, and ad-hoc financial analysis
- Monitor key KPIs and develop dashboards and reporting tools
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking (preferably M&A), Big 4 TAS, or management consulting
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with budgeting, forecasting, and valuation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills - able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, etc.) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
