As a Senior Candidate Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our Executive Recruitment team, ensuring that every leadership candidate feels valued and supported throughout their journey with OLX. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, coordinate high-profile interviews, and play a crucial role in shaping a best-in-class recruitment experience. Your responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for candidates for executive-level roles, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout the recruitment process;
- Enhance the overall experience for candidates by creating dedicated materials and making sure they have a clear understanding of the process flow;
- Organize, plan, and coordinate interview schedules, involving senior stakeholders (occasionally including travel arrangements);
- Utilize LEVER, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - to ensure data accuracy for reporting;
- Support Executive Recruiters in their daily tasks, including preparing presentations or reports;
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the recruitment process (e.g. vendor management and invoicing).
Your background:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you have experience working with senior stakeholders and ensuring successful collaboration and alignment;
- Calendar Management - Good at managing appointments, prioritizing tasks, and quickly adapting to schedule changes and urgent needs;
- Skilled in multitasking and organizing—capable of handling several projects simultaneously with different deadlines, paying close attention to detail;
- Skilled in arranging schedules, coordinating travels, and handling administrative duties;
- Experience in working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment and HR tools will be a plus;
- Experience working in an international environment with dispersed teams;
- Fluent English (min. C1 level).
