We are currently seeking an OneStream Administrator/Developer to join our Statutory and Consolidation technology team. This team plays a crucial role in supporting the Group Reporting, FP&A (financial planning and analysis) and Finance departments during the month-end close processes and the planning cycles.
As OneStream Administrator/Developer, you will work closely with various stakeholders, managing global statutory reporting and consolidation solutions. You will also be responsible for developing new functionalities in the statutory reporting landscape.
What will you do?
- Serve as OneStream subject matter expert for daily maintenance, operations and support of OneStream application features such as consolidations and account reconciliations (e.g. business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, member formulas);
- Interact with Global reporting and FP&A teams to understand, define, analyze, and deliver customer requirements;
- Discover, design, build, test, and implement new OneStream solutions and continuous improvement of current processes (e.g. marketplace solutions);
- Create and maintain business rules and transformation logic for integrations with ERPs and other source systems (e.g. Anaplan), which might require hands-on coding and testing;
- Evaluate impact and support releases, patches, upgrades and enhancements of OneStream application;
- Ensure compliance with IT General Controls and change management processes and procedures;
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures;
- Support user training.

What will you need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, Computer Science;
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with OneStream application development;
- Proven experience with business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, custom calculations, and data integrations using OneStream software;
- OneStream Certification is a plus;
- Sound finance knowledge, understanding statutory reporting, planning processes and allocations;
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including data reconciliation, are required;
- Excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and peers;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment;
- Ability to work under low supervision, being self-driven;
- Strong communication skills and good, communicative English [B2 is a must] and ability to communicate technical topics in a simple way to non-technical audience;
