About the role

The role is hybrid, available in Poland and Portugal with Poznań, Warsaw and Lisbon as preferred locations.

As a part of EU CRM Marketing team you will be responsible for shaping the strategy and together with a team of 3 CRM Marketing Managers and Specialists growing engagement and retention across our Vertical brands (Real Estate & Motors): Otodom, Otomoto (PL), Imovirtual, Standvirtual (PT) and Storia, Autovit (RO).

This role will require you to shape the right strategy to grow user engagement on both seller and buyer sides, taking regional and cross-business-unit scalability into consideration. You will have an opportunity to lead expansion of CRM technical capabilities launching new CRM tools in cooperation with the MarTech team and to design right measurement frameworks with Analytics and Data Science. Working as EU CRM Marketing Lead you will shape and lead the cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with other teams including Performance & Brand Marketing, MarTech, Product, as well as EU CRM marketers responsible for other platforms. You will serve as a thought leader for CRM Marketing Managers and Specialists, fostering an ongoing testing and experimentation culture, making sure new advanced marketing automation solutions are effectively explored and implemented.

The envisioned ideal profile for this role is a senior CRM professional with a strong strategic and stakeholder management experience in a cross-functional environment. Having a strong project management skill set will enable you in this role to lead complex, international projects impacting millions of users.

You will report to the Head of CRM Marketing for Europe. The EU CRM Marketing team contains approximately 10 people and is an integrated part of the EU Marketing organisation.

What will you be doing?

    • Development and coordination of delivery of CRM Marketing strategy for Verticals aimed at growing engagement and retention across Real Estate & Motors platforms: Otodom, Otomoto (PL), Imovirtual, Standvirtual (PT) and Storia, Autovit (RO);
    • Leading role in launch of a new CRM tool in cooperation with the MarTech team across all Verticals brands, ensuring key marketing needs are effectively addressed;
    • Owning cross-functional relationships and ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders across Performance & Brand Marketing, MarTech, Product, Sales, Analytics;
    • Acting as a Thought Leader for 3 CRM Marketing Managers and Specialists, identifying key development and improvement opportunities, as well as building business cases for their implementation, followed by testing and experimentation;
    • Identifying and prioritising upcoming opportunities with a data-driven approach, deciding where to focus and building a clear technical roadmap with MarTech team;
    • Fostering ongoing testing culture, assessing business impact and scaling proven solutions across markets and business units;
    • Taking active part in advanced measurement and testing framework development in cooperation with analysts and data scientists;
    • Developing blueprints and processes enabling a scaled approach to CRM Marketing at EU-level.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

    • >6 years of experience in Marketing - specific CRM / Engagement / Retention / Product Marketing experience is an advantage;
    • Experience in owning relationships with senior stakeholders in a cross-functional environment;
    • Experience in shaping and leading delivery of a scalable growth strategy for digital platforms and / or products across multiple markets;
    • Experience working with technology and product teams on implementation projects;
    • Data-driven approach and ability to explain business impact through detailed analysis;
    • Intrapreneurship, showing strong ownership and feeling comfortable to build completely new solutions, rather than focusing only on optimisation;
    • Capability to work in matrix or other complex environments and ability to cope with a good degree of ambiguity;
    • English fluency - allowing you to express your thoughts smoothly and easily in an international environment.
