Product Manager Motors – Growth and Monetisation - (Remote, Portugal)
We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the Seller Growth, and Monetisation for consumer sellers in one of Europe’s most visited motors marketplaces. This is a rare chance to own both the experience and the economics: supply growth, conversion, monetisation, and satisfaction all sit on your roadmap.
You’ll work in a genuinely cross-functional setup - close to commercial leadership, pricing, marketing, and engineering - and have real authority to shape strategy, not just execute it.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive and contribute key metrics such as supply top funnel growth, posting conversion, renewals rate, seller satisfaction, and avg revenue per user.

Build a deep understanding of user workflows, pain points, and motivations through qualitative research, analytics, competitor analysis, and user interviews.

Leverage data to validate hypotheses and make informed product decisions, through rigorous experimentation, data analysis, funnel diagnostics, customer interviews and rapid iterations.

Build strong discovery + delivery loops by collaborating closely with engineering, design, pricing and analytics to ship high-quality products at speed. Working closely in true multifunctional setup by Partnering very closely with commercial teams (incl. leadership), central pricing team, Professional monetization teams, marketing, etc.to deliver high-impact features.

Use AI prototyping tools to test early ideas, optimize flows, and accelerate learning.

Balance short-term wins and long-term strategy, continuously improving both consumer selling experience and monetisation opportunities.
Who we’re looking for:

You have at least 5 years experience in product management, thrived and built great consumer product experiences as a senior/ lead product manager, at a high-traffic Internet or e-commerce company

You are experienced in delivering impressive features at scale that drive large swings in key metrics

You strive to understand and delight your users

You are experienced in data driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, conversion optimization, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in your decision making

You take full end-to-end responsibility for your product, including hands on work. Work independently with support and coaching from the Head of Product, whom you will be reporting to.

You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral communication skills.
