What you'll be doing:
- Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 1000+ users
- Work through an operational ticketing system, troubleshoot issues, and handle requests, including managing a diverse range of users, profiles, roles & permission sets.
- Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate the requirements, understand the “why” behind the need, and take part in shadowing sessions with users.
- Recommend solutions to make daily life easier for the users and the Platform Team via building automation, scripts, etc.
- Create or help users create reports & dashboards in Salesforce to meet the operational requirements.
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Work with our Customer-facing teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
- Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce skillset & adoption across the organization.
- Install, set, and maintain Salesforce-managed apps and solutions (CTI, backup, survey apps, and others)
Who we are looking for:
- Core Cloud (Service and Sales) and Experience Cloud with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience and knowledge.
- Preference for Salesforce Certified Admin (ADM201 and ADM211).
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Work experience with Einstein for Service, Service Cloud Voice, and CRMA would be an advantage.
- Working experience with CTI solutions (implementation, maintenance, customization).
- Knowledge of how to integrate with modern IT systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities, including loading data to salesforce via data loader, and record of building and running complex reports and queries.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Experience with e-commerce/classifieds platforms preferred.
- Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
