We’re looking for a passionate and curious Junior Programmatic Specialist to join our incredible, international programmatic team at OLX. If you have a keen interest in digital advertising, enjoy working with data, and are eager to enhance your skills in programmatic advertising, this role offers a fantastic opportunity.

You’ll be part of a vibrant team, working across multiple markets including Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, and Poland. In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Open Auction, Open Market, Open Bidding, and Prebid, driving ad performance and helping to grow revenue across these regions.

A typical day at OLX Group, as a Junior Programmatic Specialist, will involve:

Set up, monitor, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns to ensure they meet and exceed performance goals;
Adjust pricing rules in AdX to maximize revenue, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions;
Ensuring optimal monetization of ad inventory;
Manage programmatic deals within Google Ad Manager, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration of Open Bidding and Prebid;
Continuously review and refine ad placements and bidding strategies to enhance performance;
Work closely with our teams in Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, and Poland to align strategies and share insights;
Collaborate with the product team to address any technical queries or challenges that arise.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, or a related field;
Previous experience or internships in digital advertising or programmatic are a plus;
Familiarity with Google Ad Manager and programmatic concepts;
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making;
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
English level B2 or higher
