We’re looking for a Product/Data Analyst (f/m) to join Motors Customer Unit in Poznań or remote in Poland.

In a typical day at OLX Group, in the role of Product/Data Analyst, you will:
Review and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources (internal systems, traffic, applications).
Connect the dots by synthesizing data from various sources to indicate monetization opportunities.
Analyze data to discover trends and patterns, build forecasts & business strategy recommendations in areas such as pricing/ monetization, user behaviors and revenue generation.
Set, measure and monitor the meaningful metrics for the business.
Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to management.
Build ad-hoc reports and present them in a way that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Actively participate in both local as well as regional data/ & analytics projects. 

What will you need to be successful in this role?
Hands-on experience in SQL.
Data Analysis skills: working with large chunks of data, data extraction, consolidation, and preparation.
Experience and knowledge how to define key metrics for the business growth.
Ability to turn loads of data and numbers into meaningful and digestible stories, explaining the "why" behind the "what".
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and turning quantitative insights into a story (previous experience with Tableau appreciated but is not a must).
Being fluent in MS Excel (but there is no need to automate tasks). 
Knowledge on statistical methods.
Basic understanding of the technologies like Git, Jenkins.
Proactivity, energy, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Very good English skills (B2/C1 is a must). 
Exposure to cloud technologies, like AWS, Azure, etc. would be a huge advantage.
Having an ability to analyze the data in Python or R will be an advantage.
Understanding of eCommerce in general or classifieds business will be an advantage.
