The role is based in Poland (you can work remotely from Poland, but we also have offices in Poznan, Warsaw and Krakow).
About the role
As Senior Product Manager Agents you will be responsible for one of our key seller segments. We are on a journey to further provide the best RE classifieds platform for Agents and set new market standards. We do this by focusing on tools and processes that help Agents to increase efficiency and help grow their business.
What you will be doing:
- Enable Agents to publish and manage their content across our Ecosystem through their preferred channels
- We expand the overall product offer for Agents help them grow their business and drive leads for them
- Define the quarterly OKRs and plan the roadmapWork with the product development team to deliver features that impact the way our users interact with the platform
- Conduct experiments and run A/B tests to understand which initiatives will have the most impact on success metrics you defined
- Create and prioritize hypotheses, initiate user research and work with product analysts, data scientists, tech leads and UX researchers to understand user problems and verify ideas
- Build and continuously refine the delivery and opportunity validation backlog and define metrics that measure our success
- Collaborate with other teams to enable them to deliver marketplace-enhancing features
- Coordinate the delivery of the roadmap
- Manage the stakeholders to have everyone on the same page
Your Profile:
- Extensive years of experience in product management - ideally within an international set-up and at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company
- Experience in B2B2C facing products
- Curiosity! – initiative to dig into the why, what & how
- Experience in hypothesis and data-based product development, e.g., user and market research, validating ideas, experimentation, A/B testing, usability testing, data analysis
- Capability to understand technical concepts and discuss deep technical topics with development teams
- Experience working with agile product development teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient English is required
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a big plus
