As GTM Product Specialists, we deliver the best value for our customers. Our mission is to support the OLX Product Organisation in its transformation to become a customer-led company by enabling the Product, Data, Marketing & Tech to operate at scale and in a consistent and efficient manner.
We are looking for a passionate Go-to-Market specialist who identifies inefficiencies and turns them into continuous improvements that strengthen product launches, adoption, and market impact. In this role, you will work closely with the Motors Product organization and multiple cross-functional teams. While being primarily dedicated to one country, you will collaborate very closely with other countries, ensuring alignment, knowledge sharing, and consistency across regions.
What will you be responsible for?
- Support product and feature launch strategies (Go To Market) from planning to post-launch analysis;
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams;
- Create and adapt compelling communications tailored to specific target audiences and market needs;
- Act as a driver for the adoption of product features, track and report launch adoption metrics;
- Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral (presentations, one-pagers, FAQs);
- Deliver training and enablement sessions for Sales, Customer Support, and other teams, acting as a product/feature specialist;
- Bring local market insights (customer behavior, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements) into product development discussions;
- Ensure seamless execution between central strategy and local market requirements;
- Technical proficiency in working with online product specifications and conducting product testing.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- 1–3 years of experience in Product, Marketing, or related GTM role;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English required);
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments;
- Analytical mindset;
- Automotive knowledge, working in the tech industry is a plus.
