What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

    • Customer & market insight
    • Identify key customer problems and opportunities and transfer customer,  market and business insight to the central product teams
    • Partnering with central Research team carry out local customer research and problem/solution validations 
    • Obtain and synthesize customer feedback from CS and Sales teams and transfer effectively to central teams 
    • Business/product planning 
    • Define and prioritise local problems and opportunities based on customer insights and business needs 
    • Participate actively (co-shape) in creation of long term product vision and strategy together with other Local & Central Product Leads as well as business stakeholders
    • Product marketing and localization 
    • Introduce new products/features to the market in cooperation with business line as well as functional managers ensuring areas like customer  communication, feedback management or CS/Sales training 
    • Collect and  analyze post implementation feedback and performance stats to ensure new features/products are delivering expected results 
    • Partner with central teams on platform-to-user comms solutions, ie. explaining our product to customers in terms of tools, channels and messaging 
    • Ensure/deliver necessarily localization of products and features are in place (eg.  language or legal compliance)
    • Where applicable work closely with particular product development teams on specifications and validation of built features/solutions Identify and drive adoption of platform solutions (ie global solutions, tools and products existing elsewhere already which might be relevant for a given market) 
    • Process improvement
    • Provide and organize best possible cooperation incl. process, channels etc. between central product/tech and business incl, bugs and issues mgmt; quarterly OKRs process etc.

Skills/Requirements:

    • Excellent communicator and collaborator - comfortable and effective in working with multiple stakeholders, in a matrix organization  
    • Analytical and able to lay out a case/argument founded on customer evidence - data, research etc. Experience and passion for working with consumer online products and providing great value and experience for customers 
    • Specific product mgmt experience would be a big plus but not a hard requirement - strong internal candidates coming from CS, Research, BI or other functions could be a great fit too
    • Ideal Candidate has at least 1-2 years strong product management experience but the strong Candidates coming also from Customer Service, Research, BI
    • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
    • Excellent knowledge of olx.ua
