JOIN OLX PRODUCT OPERATIONS TEAM
As Product Operations we act as an enabler for Product organization to deliver the best value for our customer. Our mission is to support the OLX Product Organisation in its transformation to become a customer-led company by enabling the Product, Data, Marketing & Tech (PDMT) org to operate at scale and in a consistent and efficient manner. Our main focus areas are:
- People: growing product teams capabilities and maturity,
- Practices: streamlining processes and optimizing the ability to scale,
- Systems: providing product org with the right toolset.
We are looking for a passionate operations evangelist, who has a catchy eye over inefficiencies and dedication to drive improvements. You will be working closely with OLX Classifieds product org and multiple functional teams.
Who are we looking for?
- 2+ years experience in product management / product operations / project management or a related role, preferably within a tech environment,
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a diverse range of stakeholders,
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment,
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team,
- A growth mindset with intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement,
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a hands-on attitude,
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities,
- Fluency in English.
What are role expectations?
- Oversee product operations to enhance efficiency and optimize the ability to scale.
- Manage tools and systems that enhance team productivity (Atlassian products, MIRO, Tability, etc.).
- Governance of the product development processes such as goal setting, experimentation, bug management, roadmapping and others.
- Documenting and maintaining templates, guidelines, how-to references, and resources.
- Accelerate and leverage user feedback into the product daily work to ensure we’re staying focused on customers’ needs.
- Foster a strong product culture to support continuous talent upskilling through various initiatives (Onboarding, Trainings, Hackathons, etc).
