We are seeking a Compliance and Privacy Expert/Counsel to join our European legal team. This role requires a proactive individual who is results-driven, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a creative approach to problem-solving.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyse the impact of privacy laws and other regulations on the company's operations.
- Provide advice and guidance to the team on issues related to compliance and privacy.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and manage privacy risks.
- Develop and deliver training programs on compliance and privacy matters to employees.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance and privacy considerations are integrated into their operations.
What will you need to be successful in this role:
- A master’s degree in Law is not a must.
- Proven experience of at least four years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of European privacy laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English C1).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions.
- Results-driven and able to meet deadlines.
