We are looking for a ServiceNow Software engineer to join our internal ServiceNow team at OLX. We are responsible for maintaining and expanding the ServiceNow platform used across the entire company.
You will provide a key role in the maintenance and expansion of the ServiceNow platform and be responsible for maintaining existing solutions and integrations as well as developing new ones that enable our internal teams to work more efficiently and help all OLX users get support as easily as possible.
What you will be doing:
- Design, develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform following the best practices and ServiceNow standards
- Work closely with internal teams of areas such as IT, HR, Compliance and others to improve their working solutions in ServiceNow and implement changes that answer new business needs.
- Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform and its applications
- Make sure Servicenow is up to date by managing the upgrades to the latest major versions, including looking for opportunities to revert any unneeded customizations
- Maintain and develop new integrations between ServiceNow and external systems like SAP S4 Hana, Boomi, Okta and others
- Drive the implementation of new ServiceNow technologies to improve existing processes with a focus on automation.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related area
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory)
- Good knowledge and experience in Javascript, Angular JS, Ajax, HTML and CSS
- Result oriented, autonomous and communicative team player
- ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, HR and GRC are a plus
- Good written and spoken English skills
