As the Senior Payroll Analyst for OLX, you will join a highly committed and dynamic international team. As Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be accountable for Polish payroll, its data integrity, payroll accuracy and compliance. Your primary focus will be to ensure that payroll and payments towards employees and third parties are processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner. This role requires a high attention to detail, hands-on capabilities, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and a passion for driving results and process improvements.

In your role, you’ll closely collaborate with HR Operations, HR Business Partners and Finance stakeholders as well as be a point of contact for external payroll vendors.

What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

    • Work with the Payroll Manager to ensure timely payroll 2nd level review is performed according to global payroll policy – up to 4 countries (at PM discretion),
    • Support payroll processes in other countries,
    • Process payroll in Poland with close collaboration with external payroll provider,
    • Prepare monthly and annual reports for accounting,
    • Be responsible for data validation, resolving discrepancies within tight deadlines, and addressing payroll inquiries from employees in a timely manner,
    • Stay up to date with Polish payroll regulations and reply to tax notices, wage orders, unemployment claims, government correspondences/statutory compliance,
    • Provide ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll operations and explore automation opportunities,
    • Be the point of contact on a country level for internal and external audits by coordinating payroll feedback,
    • Maintain a relationship with various stakeholders and payroll provider.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

    • Experience in an international and fast-paced environment,
    • Dedication to delivering accurate and timely payroll while utilizing in-depth knowledge and driving scalability and compliance,
    • At least 4 years’ experience in a payroll role,
    • Strong knowledge of labour law, tax and social security regulations,
    • Strong knowledge of payroll-related laws, regulations and best practices,
    • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills,
    • Attention to detail and accuracy,
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
    • Strong communicator, proactive and problem-solving mindset, team player,
    • Very good English (mandatory).
