As a Junior IT Operations Engineer at OLX Group, you will join our frontline IT support team, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing exceptional technical support to company employees. You will be involved in both local and global IT projects, enhancing IT services, and streamlining operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide frontline support for technical issues, autonomously addressing and resolving employee inquiries and system problems.
    • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian, Okta, network infrastructure, and client operating systems including Windows and macOS.
    • Oversee the deployment and management of client software using tools like Jamf and Intune.
    • Ensuring hardware inventory is maintained in order and meets company standards.
    • Contribute to global IT projects aimed at enhancing IT infrastructure and services.
    • Create, maintain, and update documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.
    • Analyze recurring IT issues, collaborating with other IT teams to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.
    • Support office IT infrastructure, including network maintenance, printer and video conferencing systems setup.
    • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees in IT systems.
    • Assist with provisioning of hardware and software licenses.

Who We Are Looking For

    • Hands-on experience in IT support functions, with proficiency in supporting both macOS and Windows-based systems.
    • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Jamf and Intune.
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
    • Good understanding of computer network fundamentals.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with motivation for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
    • A proactive, customer-oriented approach to IT support, remaining calm under pressure.
    • Team player who actively collaborates with colleagues to find solutions and improve IT services.
    • Effective communication skills, comfortable with both written and spoken English.
