Senior Organizational Development Specialist

We are looking to hire a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to support our Talent Management team. This position serves as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, ensuring development initiatives align with organizational priorities and create measurable impact.
Key responsibilities:

Leading the design, development and implementation of programs, initiatives customized to fulfill organizational development needs and achieve program objectives. Develop and manage organizational diagnostics (e.g., culture surveys, leadership assessments), turning insights into actionable recommendations. Measuring the achievement of established goals.

Working on development needs of all operational, business, and functional units, as well as evaluating and overseeing the implementation of organizational development strategies and processes. Translate the model into practical frameworks, tools, and guidelines for HR and business leaders.

Ensuring effective plans to address employee performance issues and to implement Desire to Win culture. Supporting individual development planning for emerging leaders.

Partner with stakeholders to drive development and culture initiatives aligned with business strategy.

Contribute to shaping the HR operating model, with a focus on the learning ecosystem (ODEE), capability building, and future evolution.

Support change management and cultural transformation initiatives across the organization. Implementing market trends, and emerging technologies (including AI) to continuously improve OD practices and employee experience

Assessing and collaborating with management to address interpersonal and work-related issues, and consulting with managers to identify suitable approaches, such as coaching, skills training, or intervention.

Collecting and evaluating input from all organizational levels regarding noteworthy accomplishments, areas for advancement, highlights, and concerns.
Skills and requirements:

Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline - nice to have

A minimum of 4 years experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry.

Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.

Advanced proficiency in English
