Go-To-Market Product Manager

We are looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager for our Real Estate consumer segment - namely, home seekers searching for their next place, and homeowners or private individuals looking to sell or rent out their property. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our local strategic ambitions and the central product & tech teams. You will ensure our consumer-facing innovations land smoothly in the market, driving real impact for millions of users navigating some of the most important transactions of their lives.
What will you be responsible for?

Collaborate to win: Work in a highly cross-functional setup, partnering closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, and Sales to bring exciting new real estate products and functionalities to the Polish market

Champion the customer: Represent the true voice of our consumer segment. You will collect user feedback and pinpoint improvement ideas to constantly refine our platforms and internal processes. We build for real people, not assumptions

Drive impact from start to finish: Lead key initiatives end-to-end - from capturing customer feedback to building compelling business cases and embedding them into our strategic planning routines. We expect you to own outcomes, not just tasks

Stay ahead of the curve: Actively monitor and understand evolving market trends, both in Poland and globally. You will scout for emerging industry best practices and innovative technologies, including AI use cases in marketplaces, proptech advancements, and beyond, identifying what is worthwhile to explore and integrate into our roadmaps

Track what matters: Support reporting, performance tracking, and act as the project manager for vital GTM initiatives, ensuring all product launches and campaigns hit their milestones effectively
Who we’re looking for:

Proven experience in Go-To-Market strategy, Product Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development, ideally within the tech/e-commerce, marketplace or classifieds industries.

Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders across business and product teams.

An analytical thinker who can comfortably translate client feedback and raw data into robust business cases.

A customer-led mindset with the courage to challenge the status quo and a strong Desire to Win.

Excellent project management skills, with a track record of driving complex initiatives from concept to successful execution.

Fluent in Polish and English.
