The Talent Acquisition Lead (Individual Contributor) serves as a strategic Talent Advisor to the Engineering function, driving hiring outcomes across complex scopes while enhancing candidate experience and stakeholder partnerships. This role shapes hiring strategy, operational excellence, and innovation, leveraging data and market insights to propose proactive solutions, while coaching and enabling other team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities

    • Own and execute hiring for the Engineering function across multiple roles and locations.
    • End-to-end recruitment for technical roles, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes.
    • Partner with Engineering leaders and senior stakeholders to define role profiles, hiring priorities, and success criteria.
    • Apply diverse sourcing techniques and channels to attract and engage top technical talent.
    • Use recruiting metrics, market insights, and data to inform hiring strategy and improve processes.
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Rewards, Mobility, and HR Operations to enable smooth and efficient hiring.
    • Monitor Talent Acquisition trends, emerging tools, and best practices, sharing insights with the TA team.
    • Ensure fair, bias-aware, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Experience

    • Proven in-house experience hiring technical talent in fast-paced, international, product-led organizations.
    • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management; trusted advisor to senior leadership.
    • Ability to influence decisions, navigate uncertainty, and drive change based on data
    • Execution excellence with a strong ownership and proactive mindset.
    • Solid knowledge of the technical talent market and candidate availability.
    • Bias-aware and inclusive approach to hiring.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Nice to have: mentoring experience with junior TA colleagues.
    • Nice to have: exposure to multi-region or global hiring environments.
