We are looking for Flutter Engineers to join a newly established Mobile product development pack, to continue the path of cross-platform development using Flutter we embarked on last year at OLX. Our mission is to craft the next-generation Real Estate mobile application from the ground up, employing a modular and reusable approach across three main markets: Poland, Romania, and Portugal. You will be a part of a dynamic team that collaborates with the Mobile App Platform team, contributing to the shared goal of delivering exceptional mobile experiences to our users. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager, and help shape the future of Real Estate mobile applications at OLX.
Note before applying: This is a remote position, you can work from anywhere in Poland.

You will:
- Lead the development of complex mobile applications, providing technical guidance and architectural expertise,
- Develop a new mobile application from the ground up, ensuring a smooth user experience and incorporating innovative features,
- Inspire creativity and contribute to the improvement of the mobile app development process,
- Develop modular and scalable solutions that enable other teams to deliver excellent work,
- Create modular and scalable code that allows easy integration with other systems and seamless collaboration with other teams,
- Improve the application's performance, usability, and security,
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the development process,
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and engineers from other teams to solve technical challenges,
- Provide training, help, and support to other team members,
- Participation in conferences, communities, and educational programs.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience building Android or iOS apps with Java/Kotlin or Objective-c/Swift
- Experience with Flutter,
- Experience with RESTful APIs, and integrating them into applications,
- Experience with software design, object orientation, architecture, and delivery patterns,
- You are comfortable with refactoring skills and techniques,
- An understanding of the mobile ecosystem, common libraries and languages,
- Experience with large-scale mobile applications,
- An understanding of the full mobile development life-cycle,
- Experience in testing automation (unit testing, end-to-end testing),
- Fluency in English,
- Experienced or excited about cross-platform development in general,
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes in the mobile application context.
