As the Senior Head of Marketing for Motors (Consumer / C2C), you will be responsible for shaping and driving the marketing strategy across Poland, Portugal and Romania, with Poland as the largest and most complex market in terms of revenue, marketing budget and operational scale.

This role goes beyond owning a marketing plan. You will play a key role in streamlining marketing processes, measurement frameworks and ways of working across markets, helping local teams operate within a shared structure while allowing for local market strengths.

You will be accountable for delivering business impact across the full funnel — from brand equity and consideration, through acquisition, engagement and retention of private sellers and buyers in the C2C automotive marketplace.

You will work in close partnership with local marketing teams, central functions (SEO, CRM, Performance, Product, PR) and external agencies to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned to business goals and measured against clear, robust frameworks.

This role requires a leader who combines strong brand expertise, deep understanding of marketplaces/e-commerce, advanced measurement literacy and the ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple countries.

This role reports to the Category Marketing Director.

What responsibilities will you have?

    • Define, own and execute the integrated marketing strategy for Otomoto Consumer (C2C) across Poland, Portugal and Romania, covering brand, acquisition, engagement and retention.
    • Streamline and align marketing processes and ways of working across markets, enabling local teams to operate effectively within a shared framework.
    • Establish and promote a common measurement approach across markets, leveraging MMM, brand equity studies, brand tracking, NPS and OKRs to clearly attribute marketing impact to business results.
    • Drive measurable business impact through through-the-line campaigns that connect brand, media, performance and CRM activities.
    • Collaborate closely with SEO, CRM, Performance, Social Media, PR and Events teams to ensure unified execution towards common objectives.
    • Lead and inspire marketing teams across countries, building a high-performance culture and developing strong local capabilities.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and oversee media strategy and planning across markets.
    • Ensure Otomoto’s brand positioning remains strong, relevant and differentiated in each market while maintaining strategic consistency.
    • Partner closely with Product and other business stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with product development and commercial priorities.
    • Regularly report on progress, impact and insights to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business narratives.

What will help you be successful in this role?

    • 8–10+ years of experience in marketing, with strong expertise in brand and integrated marketing.
    • Experience in marketplaces, classifieds, e-commerce or large digital consumer brands.
    • Proven experience managing marketing across multiple countries or markets.
    • Strong research and analytical capability, with hands-on understanding of MMM, brand models, brand equity studies, NPS and OKRs.
    • Demonstrated ability to show clear business impact from marketing activities.
    • Solid understanding of SEO, CRM, Performance marketing and Social Media, and the ability to collaborate effectively with specialist teams.
    • Experience in PR and events as part of integrated marketing efforts.
    • Experience managing agencies and defining media strategy.
    • Proven leadership experience in building, mentoring and managing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a clear narrative from complex inputs.
    • Comfort working in matrix and fast-changing environments with a high level of ambiguity.
