As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for selling online advertising solutions across our premium platforms — OLX, Autovit.ro, and Storia.ro. Your focus will be on industries like Automotive, Real Estate, Jobs, Retail and more, helping clients grow through tailored advertising strategies.
A typical day at OLX Group, in the role of Key Account Manager, could include:
- Sell online advertising solutions to clients in the Automotive, Real Estate, Jobs, Retail and other key sectors;
- Plan and manage client accounts, including identifying prospects;
- Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations;
- Build lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advertising advisor;
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and billing of campaigns;
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize results and provide insights;
- Work closely with the Head of Ad Sales on pricing, offers, and sales forecasting;
- Develop innovative ideas to drive new business and maximize ad sales growth;
- Stay ahead of market trends and understand industry dynamics to meet client needs effectively.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a strong track record in attracting new clients;
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
- Growth mindset and strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to convert leads into successful sales with multiple decision-makers;
- University or high school education.
