    • Para ser exitoso como Coordinador de Callcenter deberás supervisar, planear, organizar y ejecutar el funcionamiento de las campañas dentro de nuestros aliados outsourcing, proponer objetivos, metas y estrategias que garantizarán los mejores resultados obteniendo óptimos cumplimientos de los procesos, comunicación y la ejecución de los planes operativos por parte del outsourcing en niveles de servicio y cumplimiento de metas.

Perfil Requerido

    • Profesional Culminado en Carreras de Ingeniería, Administración o Afines.
    • Conocimiento y Manejo de Fuerza Laboral
    • Manejo Avanzado de Excel
    • Conocimientos en Implementacion
    • Preferiblemente con conocimientos en BI Y Minería de Datos, Conversión de Leads y manejo de Bases de Datos.
    • Tener habilidades Comerciales y Administrativas
    • Conocer en detalle el negocio. (Centro de Contacto- Operación comercial cualquier producto)
    • Tener habilidades y conocimientos en Planeación y Diseño.
    • Experiencia de 7 años o más en Cargos Similares.
