We are looking for an Area Sales Manager - Car Parts Category (Field Sales) in our amazing OLX Hub.
As an Area Sales Manager for Autovit.ro & OLX Auto you will be at the forefront of the Parts & Auto Accessories market, empowering our users and prospects with the best solutions to reach their clients, at OLX Group Romania.
A typical day at OLX Group, in the role of Key Account Manager, could include:
- Covering the South area of Romania, focused on visits to key clients in the North-West Area;
- Initiating contact with potential or existing customers to advise them about the ways that can grow their businesses with the help of our platforms ( Autovit and OLX);
- Presenting and answering questions about our products and services platform;
- Negotiate and close sales deals with new and existing prospects;
- Taking and processing orders accurately and professionally;
- Keeping records of calls, visits, and any other relevant client information and sales and note useful information.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- Have proven experience in Field Sales;
- Have good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Office suite, CRM software);
- Possess the ability to learn about products, services, and customer data and how they answer to the needs of prospects and existing clients;
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Act cool-tempered and able to use rejections rather as opportunities;
- Have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve objections and address complaints.
