GTM Product Manager
Joining our team as a GTM Product Manager you will own the entire go-to-market process for new product features and business solutions targeting real estate professionals - agencies, brokers and developers. Your core responsibility will be creating and executing comprehensive GTM plans that deliver on clear business objectives. You'll focus on key projects delivered in Poland or important cross-country initiatives for all markets we serve (Romania, Portugal, Ukraine).
This role requires something more than a standard set of competencies. We need someone with clear ownership - you take full responsibility for your GTM plans and drive them independently from concept to results, while effectively coordinating with cross-functional partners to gather inputs and ensure alignment. Someone who can translate complex product features into compelling business value propositions that resonate with real estate professionals. We're looking for someone who combines analytical mindset with creative communication skills.
What will you be responsible for?

Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product features, with clear business objectives and success metrics

Design and deliver communication to business clients that translates product capabilities into tangible business value

Continuously analyze data from various teams across the organization (product and business analytics, sales, customer service) to draw insights and optimize your GTM approach

Monitor performance of your GTM initiatives and adjust strategy based on what the data tells you

Maintain regular contact with product managers throughout the product development cycle - while PMs own the product roadmap, you own the go-to-market strategy, and you work as partners toward the same business goals

Act as the primary connection point between business teams and product teams, ensuring constant two-way communication

Translate product specifications and technical details into language that business stakeholders and end clients easily understand

Gather insights from the market and feedback from users (real estate agents, developers, agencies) to inform both product decisions and GTM approach

Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and legal teams to ensure your GTM plans are reflected in all go-to-market activities

Work effectively across dispersed business teams and various functions within the organization, building strong relationships that enable smooth execution

Work with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into product features

Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows to make cross-functional collaboration even more efficient

Manage external cooperation and contracts with partners and subcontractors providing services for our real estate clients
What will you need to be successful in this role?

Proven experience (min. 2 years) in product launch communication, GTM planning, project management or marketing communication - ideally in e-commerce or tech industry

Demonstrated ability to own and execute market introduction of new products or features from concept to measurable results

Understanding of product development processes and how to work effectively with product teams

Excellent planning and execution skills - you can take a business objective and build a complete plan to achieve it, then drive it to completion

Exceptional ability to translate technical product language into compelling business communication that resonates with your target audience

Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data from multiple sources, draw meaningful insights and use them to optimize your GTM plans

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams - you invest in relationships with PMs, marketing, CRM, legal and business teams to ensure smooth collaboration

Ability to thrive in a complex, cross-functional environment where you need to coordinate across dispersed teams and various organizational functions

Fluency in English is essential (cross-country cooperation);

Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus, especially from the professionals' side (agencies, agents, developers)
